Bring the family out for some outdoor fun on National Kids to Parks Day! The Fargo Park District presents Kids to Parks Day, from 11:00 am-2:00 pm on Saturday, May 15 at Woodhaven North Park.

Bring your kite and show off your flying skills. Plus enjoy food, crafts and nature activities. Take part in free kite giveaways and nature activities. Families are welcome to bring their own picnic lunch to the park. The Fargo Park District will also have concessions available for purchase at Woodhaven North Park.

Kids to Parks Day is part of a national day of outdoor play organized by National Park Trust designed to connect kids and families with their local parks. In addition to the fun happening in Woodhaven North Park, the Fargo Park District encourages families to get out and enjoy our other area parks.

Starting at 11:00 am, self-guided make-and-take crafts are available at the following parks: Island Park, Elephant Park and Lions Conservancy Park. Self-guided crafts are not staffed and are while supplies last.
